Jeff Hawke has more than 25 years of commercial real estate investment, brokerage and development experience. Mr. Hawke co-founded Kinetic Companies in 2005 and has been involved in every aspect of the identification, acquisition, entitlement, stabilization, construction, lease-up and disposition of commercial investment assets within
the Kinetic portfolio.

Mr. Hawke has been involved in over $1.1 Billion in lease consideration, brokerage transaction volume, development and investment of commercial real estate. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Prior to co-founding The Kinetic Companies, Mr. Hawke was a Senior Associate and top producer for Rein and Grossoehme, a Phoenix based boutique commercial real estate firm for over a decade. Mr. Hawke was responsible for an average annual portfolio of +3.5 million square feet, facilitating lease-up, development and/or repositioning and disposition of many shopping centers throughout the region. Mr. Hawke has been frequently called upon as an expert witness in multi-million dollar real estate trials as a result of his experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Mr. Hawke is a 37 year resident of Phoenix and is very active in philanthropy; working with numerous charities and has served on the Board of Directors for “Every Kid Counts” and been a member of the Scottsdale Active 20/30. He serves as a board member for the Threshold Foundation creating scholarships and program funding for Greek students at Arizona State University. He founded a local community project called “Taking Care of Business” which focuses on educating and re-employing homeless fathers who remain committed to their families. Mr. Hawke graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business/Commercial Real Estate from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
